Dr. Valery Dorokhov
I was born in Riga, Latvia. 1954-1965 School, 1965-1971 Technical School. 1976-now: Central Aerological Observatory-Moscow-Russia. My first peer-reviewed paper was published in 1990. V. M. Dorokhov, Observations of total ozone content in the Arctic over Heiss Island (81°N) in winter 1989, Atmospheric and Oceanic Optics, vol. 3, No. 01, 89-91, 1990.
