Dr. Valery Dorokhov
I was born in Riga, Latvia. 1954-1965 School, 1965-1971 Technical School, 1973-1975 Soviet Army. 1976-now: Central Aerological Observatory - Moscow - Russia. My first peer-reviewed paper was published in 1990. V. M.
